WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW IS IT USED?

In Short: We collect information that is provided from Discord, Steam, any Arma 3 server you have joined or interact with, and by you. This data is used only for the functionality and maintenance of Exile Server Manager.
  • We collect and store the following information from Discord public API when you interact with the Bot
    • Message content when executing a command
      This is crucial to the functionality of the Bot and is used to know what command to execute and with what information
    • Authentication tokens (Access and refresh)
      These are used to reauthorize your account when you access our site. These tokens expire and require you to reauthenticate after a certain amount of time
    • Unique Identifier (ID)
      A unique 18 digit number that is directly tied to your Discord user. This is crucial to the functionality of the Bot and is used to retrieve and interact with your Discord user
    • Username
      Used to make interactions with the Bot more personal
    • Avatar URL
      Used to make interacting with the website more personal
    • Servers you are a member of
      Used on the server dashboard to determine which servers you can administrate
  • We collect and store the following information from Steam when you register, or from the Arma 3 server when it sends XM8 notifications
    • Steam64 Identifier
      Used to associate the data from Arma 3 Exile with your Discord user. This is crucial to the functionality of the Bot and is used when executing commands on the Arma 3 server
  • We collect and store the following information from Steam's public API
    The following data is only used with the !whois command
    • Username
    • Avatar URL
    • Account URL
    • Account visibility
    • When the account was created
    • If the account has been community banned
    • If the account has been VAC banned
    • Number of VAC bans
    • Days since last VAC ban
  • We collect and store any information transmitted between the Bot and any Arma 3 Exile server running ESM's server mod
    This is crucial to the functionality of the Bot and is used with commands. This information may include:
    • Exile game play data
    • Steam information collected by the Arma 3 Exile server
    • XM8 notifications

In Short: In order to use our Bot, you will be required to login to Discord and Steam. We may have access to certain information about you.

Our Sites offer you the ability to login using your third party social media account details (Discord and Steam). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile Information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, e-mail address, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the Sites. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third party social media provider.
